I about squealed when I got to meet Miss Evie and snuggle more with Big Sister Ellie. She was absolutely precious!! They both were. And Big Sister Ellie was not going to let anything happen to her sister while she was there. She was so kind and gentle with her, it just made my heart sing. Seeing siblings care for each other so much, especially when the oldest is still quite young, just melts me.
When I asked Mom what colors she was wanting to see at our Newborn Session together, she said really simple for the girls together, and maybe shades of blue and pink for little Miss Evie by herself. I couldn’t have been more excited if I tried. When it comes to sibling pictures, I always try to go super simple because you want the focus to be more on the siblings and the moment they are sharing, not crazy colors and busy backdrops. As for the pinks and blues… ding ding ding…. my two favorite color combos for little girls! There is just something so dainty and classy about putting a little girl in blue. It seriously gets me every. single. time.
We were able to get lots and lots of pictures of little Miss Evie, she slept like a champ. If I could just get her to chit chat with all of my Newborns that come to the studio and have her give them pointers on the do’s and don’ts of Newborn Photography… that would be awesome 😉
Enjoy your Sneak Peak Mom!
